Camelot Care Center is located on Pacific Avenue near the east end of town and serves the Forest Grove, Cornelius, and Hillsboro communities.  It is a 127 bed facility that provides skilled and long term nursing services.  The setting is ideal for residents who need assistance with routine personal care activities and health monitoring by licensed nurses.  Camelot Care Center is also the site of a secure geriatric psych unit.   Care in this unit is delivered in cooperation with the local mental health agency.

The facility has a bright cheery dining area and a quiet lounge.  The room selection includes semi-private and 3 bedrooms.  Camelot Care Center is a contracted provider for Medicaid, Medicare, and several managed care health plans.  The staff and management of Camelot Care Center are proud to announce an extensive renovation of resident rooms, dining, and lounge areas!
